YOUR WEDDING DAY, TOLD THE WAY IT ACTUALLY SOUNDED AND FELT

WEDDDING FILM

YOUR STORY TOLD IN MOTION

wedding filmmaker working across Málaga, Marbella, and the Costa del Sol.

Every film I make, I shape around your story. I use real audio from your day, the ceremony, the speeches, the laughter between courses. What you’re watching back is actually your wedding, exactly as it happened and exactly as it sounded.

It is the moment the father of the bride’s voice cracks halfway through his speech. It is the pure excitement of all your best friends killing it on the dance floor. Your wedding film gives you the movement, the sound, your voices, the laughter, the moments you’ll want to feel again, not just see.

Highlight

film

The story of your wedding day.

Your highlight film is the story of your wedding day. It includes the best moments from the ceremony and the speeches woven together with the rest of your day, so when you watch it back, you feel it all over again. You get to hear the voices of your loved ones again, see the excitement on the dance floor, and feel the thrill of walking down the aisle, exactly as it happened.

How it works

The Experience

01. The first conversation

We start with a call before anything is booked. I ask about you and your day, and I tell you honestly what I would suggest, including when I think you need less than you were expecting. Then I put together a quote built around what you actually need, so you know exactly what you are getting before you decide anything.

02. Two planning sessions

We meet twice before the wedding, once six months out and once a month before. We build the timeline together, work out which moments matter most to you, and make sure the day has room to breathe rather than running from one thing to the next. This is also where you can use me as your guide and ask me anything about how the day should run. I will tell you the pros and the cons and leave the decision up to you.

03. The wedding day

I guide when it helps and step back when it doesn’t. Most couples are not used to being in front of a camera, and that is completely normal, so I keep it simple and you always know what to do. The rest of the time I stay out of the way, because the best moments are the ones nobody arranged.

04. Your story delivered

Shortly after the wedding you get a preview of the photos, so you have something to look at while the rest is on its way. Everything else follows no later than ten weeks after the day, photos and film both, edited by me. Not a folder of files, but the day itself, in the order it happened, so you can watch it back and feel it again.

Extra’s to consider

You might also want

Every speech, in full.

Speeches Edit

Every speech, captured in full, the same way as the ceremony edit, multiple cameras, real audio, nothing trimmed for time. A separate film alongside your highlight video, for the words you’ll want to hear again exactly as they were said.

Your full ceremony, start to finish.

Ceremony Edit

Shot with multiple cameras and professional audio, the ceremony edit gives you the entire ceremony, start to end, exactly as it was said and exactly as it sounded. A separate film from your highlight video, so nothing from the ceremony gets left on the cutting room floor.

FAQ

There’s no fixed rule for when you need to book, but I only take on a limited number of weddings each year to make sure every couple gets my full attention. Dates go on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you have a date in mind, the safest move is to reach out early and check availability.

If you have the wedding film trailer included in your collection, you’ll receive that shortly after your wedding. The full highlight film follows no later than 10 weeks after your wedding day.

A second videographer is a great addition, especially for moments that only happen once. During the ceremony and the speeches, having a second camera means we can capture different angles at the same time, your face and theirs, the room and the couple, without having to choose. It also means we can split up when needed, one of us with you getting ready, the other capturing your partner.

I’d love to hear what you’re picturing, but commercial music comes with licensing restrictions, so I can’t always use a specific song exactly as you imagine it. What I can do is talk with you during our planning sessions about the music you love, and on the day itself, I’ll pay attention to what’s actually playing at your wedding. That gives me a real feel for your taste, which I use as inspiration when I’m putting the film together.

Yes, I’m a fully licensed drone pilot and operator, and drone footage is included in most of my collections. Before the wedding, I handle any permissions needed to fly at your specific venue. Worth knowing: there are things outside my control that can occasionally ground the drone, bad weather, or permission not being granted in unusual circumstances.

I speak English, Spanish, and Danish. But honestly, I believe a smile, the right energy, and good manners go a long way, most of what makes people feel comfortable in front of a camera comes down to body language, not the specific words being said.

You’re not alone, most of my clients tell me the same thing, and making you feel comfortable is actually the biggest part of my job. It starts even before we’re shooting, with the rapport we build during our planning sessions. By the time we get to your wedding, I already understand what actually speaks to the two of you, so I won’t be putting you in some awkward, generic pose that doesn’t feel like you. Instead, I’ll gently guide you, where to stand, roughly what to do, and then let your movements and how you feel about each other be real.
